Two piece rotors for Alcon MB4 Calipers Kit

We have received inquiries from Audi community for Alcon 14" replacement two piece rotors and now have the following item listed for GB purchase.

- Front two-piece rotors.


Our design is using our simple hardware (fasteners) with the following advantages:

• 1. Easy and low cost ring replacement in future
• 2. RB discs last longer than Alcon.
• 3. RB brake pads also available (street and track)
• 4. Serviced and supported by an US brake company with more than 25 years in business

In fact we had several customers purchased our 14" rotor rings but found it's very difficult to fit to the existing hats without going through all kind of trouble, due to their hardware is different than most two piece rotors design, some succeed with shops' help, but some gave up. So we are considering to make the complete assembly available.

Once you replace to RB two piece rotors, future ring replacement will be a true DIY job and you will be very happy for such a change.

In addition to replacement rings for Brembo and Stoptech BBK, we also make complete two piece rotor assemblies for different BBK applications including complete Stoptech BBK for Audi.

This is the brake pad used in Alcon MB4 (Monobloc 4 piston caliper):



Here are brake pads for MB4 and MB6:
The difference is in length (132 vs. 152mm), the depth is about the same (49 vs. 51mm).


Are you able to check some dimensions for the rotor. If not you can send the rotor to us to make sure this 14" two piece rotor can also fit your Mono 6.

According to their rotor size range for Mono 6 is 343 to 380mm.

It's confirmed the same 355x32 rotor can also replace Alcon's Mono6 caliper kit, so we are glad to add you to the list.

Just found out the price of new rotors from Stasis and they're more than $1200.
